Healing
You Are Still Becoming
I used to think there was a version of me — somewhere ahead — who had it all resolved. Calm, sorted, done. I spent a lot of energy trying to catch up with her.
She doesn't exist. Or rather, she keeps moving, because every time I get close to her, life hands me something new to become.
If you are in the middle of mending something, I don't want you to think of this as an interval before your real life starts again. This is the life. This part where you are not finished is not the waiting room.
You don't have to have it all together here. You just have to show up as you are.
